Bear Hunts

Bear hunts are 4-day hunt packages (4 days/nights). The package includes food, lodging and transportation to and from the stand. We will assist in retrieval and field dressing of the trophy, caping and skinning optional for additional charge. Arrangements for meat care can be made with a nearby processor that has a walk-in cooler and quick-freeze freezer. All hunts are over active bait stations. If the hunter is not satisfied with bait station activities, we can move him/her to a new location the following day. The hunt is setup so the hunter arrives mid-day on first day of the hunt and we place the hunter on-stand that afternoon for the first sit until dark. The hunter will then depart the morning following the last hunt day. Most bear hunters prefer to sit evenings only, but if the hunter likes to sit all day, we will pack the hunter a lunch. During the day, the hunter may take advantage of bird hunts at a discounted rate if they have purchased bear and/or deer hunt packages. Sauna facilities are open to hunters for the duration of the stay. Large groups and corporate outings are welcomed.
