For winter 2009, we will be grooming approximately 15 miles of ski trails. The trails are very scenic…the first 2 miles follow Big Hay Creek upstream to large white spruce/red pine plantations that are located on the south end of the property. The trails wind through, then around, the plantations and head east to the Big Woods (which is a stand of mixed hardwoods). All trails then loop back to the Big Hay Creek Trail, which returns you to the cabins and Clubhouse. Once back in camp, skiers can enjoy a hot sauna and relax in the Clubhouse…where home cooked meals are served daily to lodging guests or day-use skiers. All lodging packages and day-use ski trail packages are priced to include complimentary hot drinks and cookies, meals are extra.
